Coachseekr

Coachseekr founders are lifelong coaches who sought to propose a solution to one of their own frustrations: the lack of a centralized digital place for the best candidates seeking jobs in athletics and those looking to fill these positions. Coaches and employers alike were having to navigate multiple websites and job boards to get a comprehensive view of the playing field. Coachseekr was created to bring candidates and employers together. We were challenged to create a bold identity that shied away from typical sports clichés. An obvious visual approach may have been to focus on the idea of hiring a "coach" which led us to deliberately consider other angles in our concepting work. We turned our attention to the "seeking" attribute of the brand and brought that forward–thus the Coachseekr eye saw the light of day.

We determined that illustrations would best capture Coachseerkr's value for employers and top candidates all while creating an approchable brand and communicating inclusiveness of many different sports.
